We can imagine buying online requires confidence and it is very important to us that our clients are fully happy with the purchase.
For this reason we offer a return and refund policy. If you are unhappy in any way, or if the item has been damaged in transit, please inform us within 14 days. We will try to find the best possible resolution, whether that be a return with a full refund, or a repair by our restorer.
In case of returning your purchase; items must be returned in the condition received. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded.
Please note that the client is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
